Thyme is a herb with an aromatic, distinctive and intense flavour that goes well with many dishes. It will work perfectly in both fresh and dried forms. Fresh thyme leaves are used to season meat, poultry and fish dishes, while dried thyme leaves are used to prepare an infusion with medicinal properties.
